This is an extensive remodel and complete facelift of an existing three story, 33,000 sf building in downtown San Luis Obispo. We added an elevator, gave it an entry off of Morro Street and opened up the interior spaces to allow for more flexible and contiguous interior spaces. We also completed tenant improvements for Coldwell Banker's real estate office, Pediatrics Associates medical office and Hollister Freeman's dental office. This project received a design award from the San Luis Obispo Downtown Association.
