This 510 foot long building spans six different properties. The challenge was to break it up so that it reads as several smaller buildings while still maintaining a common design identity. The building was published in the California/Nevada Concrete Masonry Institute magazine for its outstanding use of concrete masonry in the design. It has become a home building design center.
