A transportation company wanted a new facility to service and store their trucks with parts and an administration office area attached to the service bays. The owner built an attached mirror-image building to lease out and to have in reserve for future expansion. This building was inducted into Varco Prudens 2007 Hall of Fame, the metal building manufacturers "Best of the Best" award for outstanding projects nominated from throughout North America.
