Architect’s own contemporary Beach House – strategically designed to afford white water views from every single room (except central powder room). Three distinct view decks compliment the open and easy floor plan to enhance indoor-outdoor living. Natural light is brought into the entire house from carefully placed design windows and multiple skylights. Finishes were selected to reflect the easy care beach house theme – durable, warm, natural – but with a clean and edgy contemporary flair.
